Establishing a brand identity for a cross-border payment company bridging traditional finance and Web3.

Background

xCurrency is a fintech company focused on cross-border payments, building a next-generation payment network through Web3 technology to provide global financial institutions with cross-border payment solutions. As business expanded to multiple markets including Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia, developing multiple product lines such as payments, remittance, and digital wallets, a more comprehensive brand system was needed.

Challenge

The project faced two key challenges: First, we needed to deeply understand the technical characteristics and target audiences of each product line to identify common brand values. Second, as a technology company serving global financial institutions, the brand image needed to convey both innovative technological capabilities and professional reliability.

Action

Through in-depth discussions with the team, we developed a new brand identity system based on the core concept of "the intersection between night and dawn." In the visual design, we developed an arrow symbol from the x in the brand name, symbolizing guidance and connection, which was applied across various scenarios. The overall design emphasizes a modern minimalist style, showcasing the professional attitude of financial technology.
