Background
RealChat is a Web3-based communication platform providing secure, anonymous, on-chain verified messaging services. The platform features Web3 identity verification, community monetization, management tools, and privacy protection.
Challenge
We needed to build a brand and design system aligned with Web3 community values from scratch, while balancing user experience, privacy protection, and identity verification requirements.
Action
We started with in-depth interviews with the RealChat team to define user needs and business goals. We then developed a comprehensive design system and applied it to product interfaces and website design, ensuring functionality and usability while maintaining Web3 community values.
Results
RealChat now has a consistent visual system across platforms, providing users with a quality product experience. The design work has enhanced both product usability and its competitive position in the Web3 community.
