Background

RealChat is a Web3-based communication platform dedicated to providing real, anonymous, and secure on-chain verified messaging services. They offer Web3 identity verification, community monetization, enhanced community management, and privacy protection features. Their mission is to establish a revolutionary communication channel in the Web3 environment, allowing users to communicate instantly in a secure, anonymous manner while enjoying comprehensive privacy protection and identity verification services.

Challenge

In a market already saturated with communication platforms, the challenge we faced was how to build a brand and design system in line with the Web3 community spirit from scratch, while balancing user experience, privacy protection, and identity verification needs to ensure the product's usability and functionality.

Action

To tackle these challenges, we first conducted in-depth interviews with the RealChat team to determine user needs, business goals, and brand style. Then, we extended these definitions to various aspects of the product and designed a series of user-friendly interfaces and websites through the establishment of a design system and optimization of product interfaces. Our goal was to ensure that RealChat's products balance functionality and usability while aligning with the core values of the Web3 community.

Results

Through our efforts, RealChat now has a complete, cross-platform, and consistent visual style and provides users with a high-quality product experience. Our design and optimization work not only enhance RealChat's brand value and product performance but also strengthen its competitiveness in the Web3 community.
