Interface design for a conversational AI-based insurance policy management and analysis system.
Background
Insurance advisors spend considerable time daily understanding client needs, explaining insurance policies, and preparing policy recommendations. Clients often face challenges with health qualification requirements or struggle to choose suitable insurance products. Additionally, the processes of policy application and claims involve extensive paperwork, which is both cumbersome and prone to errors. Polly aims to streamline these processes through technology, helping insurance advisors serve their clients more efficiently.
Challenge
The insurance industry has traditionally been conservative in digital transformation, lacking a comprehensive digital service ecosystem. During development, we needed to gain deep insights into users' pain points and clarify the priorities of insurance advisors' daily tasks to ensure our development direction effectively addresses core issues.
Action
We conducted in-depth analysis of user pain points at different stages through customer journey mapping, identifying key design opportunities. Based on these findings, we created an elegant and intuitive user interface for Polly, making complex insurance processes simple and understandable.
