Background

O2H TEA is a premium tea brand launching in Australia, aiming to blend Eastern tea culture with modern Western lifestyles. With an initial focus on online sales, O2H TEA needed a website that could effectively communicate its brand value while providing an excellent shopping experience.

Challenge

In the competitive Australian tea market, we needed to help O2H TEA establish customer trust among well-established competitors. Additionally, we faced the challenge of balancing brand storytelling with shopping experience in a purely online sales environment.

Action

For brand design, we collaborated closely with FAIRFOUL, our branding partner. They developed comprehensive brand work for O2H TEA, from core identity to packaging design and product photography.

For the website, we began by understanding O2H TEA's business needs and analyzing competitor websites. Based on brand essence and market research, we developed clear visual and content strategies. We created a clean, professional brand website to convey O2H TEA's story, complemented by an intuitive and secure shopping platform that serves both customers and staff effectively.
