Brand refresh for a SaaS unicorn to enhance market presence and customer trust.
Background
Following a $66 million Series B funding round, AfterShip expanded to over 500 employees. As post-pandemic conditions continued to impact e-commerce, AfterShip decided to adjust its business strategy.
Challenge
AfterShip lacked clear brand positioning, leading to inconsistent communication, visual style, and product decisions. The company struggled to present a unified brand vocabulary to users and stakeholders.
Action
We first redefined AfterShip's brand core, then refined key visual elements and identity systems. Finally, we reviewed and upgraded all brand touchpoints to build a more compelling brand image.
Results
We created a complete branding system including logos, typography, colors, and design guidelines. This system was successfully implemented across online platforms, products, and offline materials, establishing clear cultural values and visual consistency.
